100 Greatest Kid Stars originally aired beginning on Monday, June 13th 2005.

Another VH1 compilation show featuring numerous commentators (most former child stars themselves) giving their observations about the top 100 child stars of all time. This program originally ran as five one-hour episodes, typically devoting about 2-3 minutes to each star. Inexplicably Kristy McNichol, who was without doubt one of the biggest teen stars of the 1970s is # 49 on their list, behind many lesser-known child stars. However this program does feature an interesting (but short) overview of her career, including what she's been up to since retiring and has many great vintage clips.

Buying note: This show has never been available on commercial home video. But there are other sources for this as well as many other Kristy McNichol appearances that you might be looking for.
