McNichol's
excellent portrayal of 'Buddy' Lawrence in the ABC Televison Network's dramatic
series 'Family' has
established her as one of the most popular personalities on television.
'Family' airs Tuesdays (10:00 - 11:00 p.m. EST). In her role as 'Buddy',
whose real name is Lititia, she is a young lady still shedding some of her
roughhouse phase, and who is beginning to be interested in boys. Kristy,
who began her career at age six, has appeared in 'Love American Style',
'The Bionic Woman',
and has starred in three 'ABC Afterschool Specials', 'Fawn
Story', 'Me
and Dad's New Wife' and 'Pinballs'.
